Our Annual General Meeting takes place on Saturday 18 June at 10.30am at CANE (New Eltham Library) Southwood Rd, New Eltham SE9 3QT. The AGM will be followed by a meeting about our Eltham Arts Winter Festival 2016. There will be refreshments and we expect to be finished by 12.30pm.
At the AGM we will be voting on our new constitution and safeguarding policies all of which have been submitted and agreed by the Greenwich Action for Voluntary Services (GAVS). You can download the following documents here:
